Description

Accounting for the Human Factor in Tactical Strength and Conditioning explains the role of resilience training in tactical strength and conditioning, emphasizing strategies that extend beyond physical preparation training to address behavior, mindset, and sustainable performance. Openly discussing the high-stress, unpredictable, and often dangerous operational environments tactical populations encounter, this course will help you understand the need to influence not just physical outputs but also underlying behaviors, attitudes, and decision-making. Gain actionable strategies to address the psychological and behavioral challenges unique to military and first responder populations, and understand how to address barriers such as irregular schedules, high operational demands, and cumulative stress exposure that often undermine long-term performance. Integrating principles of performance optimization and behavior change specific to the realities of military and first responder populations, this course will equip you with methods to foster long-term readiness, resilience, and overall well-being in tactical settings.
