Login and account help
Click Login at the top right corner of the HK OnDemand homepage. To create a new account, click Register New Account and enter your details.
To log in, enter your email address and password.
After logging in, access your account details by clicking the account icon at the top right corner of the HK OnDemand homepage. Click Learning then Manage Account.

You will have 5 invalid login attempts before your account is disabled.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link which you’ll need to click within 10 minutes.
If your account is disabled or you’re experiencing other issues logging in, please Contact Us.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link which you’ll need to click within 10 minutes. This message may go to your spam folder.
If you want to reset your password after successfully logging in, go to your Learning Dashboard, then click Manage Account. Click My Account, then scroll down to the Reset Password link. You will be emailed a code which you will provide on the next form to reset your password.

Click the account icon at the top right corner of the HK OnDemand homepage, then click Favorites. You can search through your courses and sort by date and title.
Select new favorites while browsing courses by clicking the heart-shaped icon. You’ll find the favorites icon when hovering over a course cover image and on the course description page.
View your course progress from your Learning Dashboard. Click the account icon at the top right corner of the HK OnDemand homepage, then click Learning. Click In Progress to view and resume courses you’ve already begun. Click Completed to view your finished courses.
From the Learning Dashboard, click Manage Account and then My Account. You may update your name, email address, and password from this section.
Your first name and last name will be displayed on course certificates. When updating your name, be sure to click Save after making any changes.
To change your email, type in your new email address and click Send Code. You will receive a code in your new email which you will provide on the next form to complete the change.
To change your password, click the Reset Password link. You will be emailed a code which you will provide on the next form to reset your password.

Course access and subscriptions
Subscribe to CE OnDemand by clicking Subscribe at the top right corner of the HK OnDemand homepage. To complete your subscription purchase, you will need to register for an account if you do not have one already.
Once you’re subscribed, click Start Course on any course overview page to begin the course. You may download resources such as the presentation slide handouts, practice exam, and copyright and support documents from the course overview page as well.
You can also view all available content from your Learning Dashboard by clicking the account icon on the top right corner of the homepage and clicking Learning. Click Start to begin a course, Resume to return to a course in progress, or View to review a completed course or its certificate.
The CE OnDemand subscription includes one year of access to our full collection of expert-led video continuing education courses and supplemental resources. Each presentation allows you to earn CEUs and CECs while deepening your knowledge about exercise science, nutrition, special populations, sport performance, and business development.
CE OnDemand is a growing library of expert-led video education. Recently added courses can be found on the New Courses carousel on the homepage.
The CE OnDemand subscription is a one-year subscription and will NOT automatically renew. To maintain access to CE OnDemand, repurchase a new subscription on or before your expiration date.
When your subscription expires, you will maintain access to any course certificates, but you will no longer be able to access new or completed course content.

Taking a course
Begin a course from your Learning Dashboard or from the course overview page. Before you begin, be sure to download any resources available on the right side of the course overview page. This includes the following items:
Presentation slide handout (PDF)
Practice exam (Word)
Copyright and Support document (Word)
Once you’ve clicked Start, you’ll be taken directly to the course video presentation. Click the play button to begin. You’ll find a transcript to the right of the video, which is searchable. Use the video controls as needed, including turning on closed captioning and adjusting the playback speed.
Navigate between the Video, Exam, and Survey by clicking the Next button on each item or by opening the Course Content menu.
The course exam requires a passing score of 80% or higher. You may retake the exam until you achieve a passing score. Once passed, no further attempts are allowed.
You must complete the video and exam before being able to complete the survey.
View your course progress from your Learning Dashboard. Click the account icon at the top right corner of the HK OnDemand homepage, then click Learning. Click In Progress to view and resume courses you’ve already begun. Click Completed to view your finished courses.

Once you’ve successfully passed an exam and completed the course survey, you will be able to generate a certificate from the course content menu. Click the Generate Certificate button and then select the organization(s) or association(s) for which you’re seeking credit. If your organization or association is not listed, select Human Kinetics as your credit option.
Click Generate Certificate and the system will prepare your certificate(s). Once that is complete, the button on the page will refresh to read View Certificate. Click to download as a PDF.
Note: We recommend that you select credits for all organizations that you are affiliated with. If you’d like to add additional credits after you submit your initial selection, you may regenerate a new set of certificates.
Once a certificate has been generated for a course, it can be viewed in three places: your Learning Dashboard, the Course Overview page, and within the course in the Course Content menu. Click View Certificate in any one of these areas to view or download a PDF of the certificate(s) you generated for the course.
To regenerate a new set of certificates for a different set of organizations, go to the course overview page, and click the down arrow next to the View Certificate button. Click Regenerate, select all of the organizations you are affiliated with, and click Generate Certificate.
All certificates can continue to be viewed even after your subscription expires.
