  • Savannah Dinger

    Savannah Dinger, MA, LAT, ATC, CFNIP,  is a certified athletic trainer with over seven years of experience and specialized certifications in functional nutrition and in prenatal and postnatal fitness. Her clinical background and personal experience with both cesarean and VBAC deliveries give her a unique and practical lens for coaching female athletes. She is passionate about closing the education gap around pelvic floor function and performance for women in sports.
