Description

Influence of Creatine Supplementation on Body Composition introduces the foundational mechanisms of creatine supplementation, along with the expected outcomes. Common supplementation guidelines are explained so that you can educate athletes about the use of creatine as an ergogenic aid and the corresponding resistance training programming needed to promote muscle hypertrophy.   • Justin Kilian, PhD, CSCS*D

    Justin Kilian, PhD, CSCS*D, is an associate professor of strength and conditioning at Liberty University and serves as the director for both the bachelor’s degree program and the minor in strength and conditioning. His research interests include various aspects of human performance, with a special focus on lacrosse. In addition to his academic appointment, Kilian is a strength and conditioning and assistant coach on the Liberty University men’s lacrosse team.
