About the Presenter

  • Rachel Cosgrove

    Rachel Cosgrove, CSCS, is the co-owner of Results Fitness and the author of three books, including Age Strong. She holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is certified as a U.S. Olympic weightlifting coach and a U.S. triathlon coach. She taught the first USA Obstacle Course Racing Level 1 certification at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in 2019. She is certified by the International Society of Sports Nutrition and is certified as a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach by the prestigious CHEK institute and Precision Nutrition. She also holds the Russian Kettlebell certification, Ultimate Sandbag certification, and Functional Movement Screen certification.
