Description
Creating an Aerobic Endurance Training Plan defines endurance and physiological training zones based on heart rate, blood lactate, respiration rate, and more. You’ll understand the rationale for each training zone and how to appropriately use each zone when programming for your clients. The presenter then outlines a training plan that incorporates these training zones and gives context for how and when to use various intensities. You will come away with a simple-to-use training plan that can be customized for athletes and clients, based on solid evidence that ensures balanced and safe protocols.
