Description
Exercise Selection for Pregnant Athletes describes the exercises that are appropriate for athletes who are pregnant, as well as how to help them reach fitness and strength goals. Specific examples of exercises are provided, including exercises that can help alleviate many of the common aches and pains experienced during pregnancy in the low back, SI joint, pelvic girdle, and tailbone.
