Description
Race-Day Nutrition for Ultraendurance Athletes will describe the primary metabolic pathways involved in ultraendurance sport, with an emphasis on substrate utilization. Presenter Trace Cruz provides evidence-based guidance to ensure balanced and safe protocols, drawing upon his personal and professional experiences in developing and using effective nutrition techniques to maximize performance during ultraendurance activities. You’ll gain a greater understanding of the bioenergetic rationale for carbohydrate, electrolyte, and fluid consumption and will delve into energy demands and limits of energy intake.
