Description
Building a Top-Down TSAC Program provides a practical, strategic road map for building, running, and scaling a successful program for tactical strength and conditioning (TSAC). Rather than focusing only on daily training tactics, you’ll start by focusing on leadership alignment, systems-level thinking, and strategic communication. You’ll get a framework for scalable implementation and creating mission-aligned programming that considers operational needs, outcomes, and command structure. You’ll also cover actionable tools such as briefing templates; communication scripts; and 30-, 60-, and 90-day onboarding strategies. This course will provide an understanding of how to align your program with mission objectives and streamline operations, and it will position you as an indispensable asset within your unit or organization.
