    Amy Ashmore holds a doctorate in kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in motor behavior from Florida State University. Her training programs for athletic trainers are approved by 50 state boards of physical therapy, the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), and the Board of Certification (BOC). Ashmore is an educator located in Las Vegas, Nevada, specializing in resistance training adaptations and sports data analytics.
